Rescued a student organization on the brink of losing its status by conceptualizing and implementing a new and improved recruitment and marketing strategy. Transformed the struggling group from just 4 members, into a highly esteemed organization with a selective membership process, consistently maintaining an active roster of over 30 members and an executive board of 8 student leaders. Eliminated previous debts through fundraising and student organization loans. Facilitated enriching out-of-state excursions to advertising agencies, hosted networking and social events with industry professionals. Developed a comprehensive plan for membership retention and sustainable growth. Awarded the AAF MVP award in acknowledgement of unwavering dedication and exemplary contributions.
